The registration process requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. ph9 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) program in line with PAGCOR regulations and Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements.
During registration, you are required to provide: a valid and actively used email address; a valid Philippine mobile number capable of receiving SMS; your full legal name as it appears on your government-issued ID; your date of birth; and your residential address in the Philippines. ph9 will require submission of a government-issued ID (such as a PhilSys National ID, Philippine Passport, SSS/UMID card, or driver's licence) to complete identity verification.
Each natural person is permitted to hold one (1) ph9 account only. Holding multiple accounts — whether under your own identity or using aliases, alternate email addresses, or different mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. Where ph9 determines that multiple accounts have been created by or for the same individual, all such accounts may be permanently closed and any balances may be forfeited without notice.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph9 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. ph9 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ph9 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
All transactions on ph9 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise stated. ph9 accepts deposits via the payment methods listed on the ph9 website from time to time, which include but are not limited to: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI online banking, BDO online banking, USDT, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and other authorised channels.
The minimum deposit on ph9 is ₱100. There is no processing fee for deposits via GCash or Maya, though fees may apply for certain other payment methods as disclosed at the point of transaction. Deposits are credited to your ph9 account upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. ph9 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each promotion. In the event of conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to the relevant promotion.
Attempting to exploit ph9 bonuses through coordinated betting patterns, matched betting, arbitrage, or any strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements constitutes bonus abuse. ph9 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel bonus-derived winnings, and permanently close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.
ph9 provides access to casino games, sports betting, live dealer games, bingo, sabong, and other gaming products (collectively "Games") operated by ph9 and by licensed third-party game providers. The rules of each Game are governed by the applicable game rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of any technical malfunction during a game, ph9 will apply fair resolution procedures in accordance with the relevant game provider's policies.

Changes may be made in response to regulatory requirements, platform changes, policy updates, or legal developments. ph9 will endeavour to notify registered users of material changes to these Terms via email to the address registered on the account or via a notice published on the ph9 website at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where an immediate change is required for regulatory or legal compliance reasons.
Your continued access to and use of ph9 services following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using ph9 services and may request account closure. Where a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may submit the dispute to arbitration under the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI) or to the relevant Philippine regulatory body with jurisdiction over the subject matter of the dispute. You also retain the right to escalate gaming-related disputes to PAGCOR through its applicable player complaint procedures.
Subject to the arbitration agreement above, both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines for the determination of any dispute that cannot be resolved through arbitration.
